Introducing: The Iona House Express

We are so THRILLED to have received a VERY nice golf cart a few weeks ago. This was the gift of a family who believed we needed a bigger and better vehicle for taking people around the campus. It anticipates the future when we will have a few more of these electric carts to use on campus. We use the Iona House Express for campus tours or to help people get from one place to another. It is far too nice to be used as “work vehicle,” so we leave that for our trusty old Kawasaki Mule. The Iona House Express has an entire set up for rain with doors and a full enclosure to keep folks dry in rainy seasons. It is fully electric and very powerful - plenty enough to get up and down the steepest trails. It is lifted off the ground by nearly a foot and has great off-road tires. One of the best parts about this vehicle is that it is nearly silent when running.

Not surprisingly, the Iona House Express is a HUGE hit with the kids. What a joy to be part of an incredibly generous community of those who believe with us in the value of this mission!
