Friday Night Feasts

4:30pm-7pm (and later, as desired) each Friday

*In observance of Good Friday, we will not have a Friday Night Feast that evening, April 19.

Join us for a community BBQ (w/ vegetarian options) & potluck on the back deck of the Village Barn. The gathering begins with Evening Prayer at the Village Chapel at 4:30 and continues with the BBQ and a time of sharing / connecting. We feast each week in honor of a particular saint (and learn a bit of their story). Guests, volunteers, and local community members are all invited. Children are welcome!

Iona House provides hotdogs, buns, condiments, chips, plates, and utensils. Others are encouraged to bring a side dish (fruit salad, salad, dessert, drinks, etc.)

RSVP helpful for first time guests (details provided about directions, parking, etc.)

April Community Day

Holy Week 2025

Maundy Thursday: April 17 • 4:30pm - 7pm

We will begin with Evening Prayer, followed by a communal meal and a service immediately following.

Good Friday: April 18 • 2pm - 3pm

The traditional service will include readings, music, homily, and a time of silence at 3pm (the traditional hour of Jesus’s death). We are also invited to enter into silence, stillness, and solitude on the campus of Iona House throughout the morning and afternoon. *There will NOT be a Friday Night Feast this evening.

Great Easter Vigil: Saturday, April 19 • 7:30pm

Join us for the third part of the Triduum (Maundy Thursday + Good Friday + Great Easter Vigil) that celebrates the first light of Easter. We begin in the darkness of waiting, listening to the story of salvation, renew our baptismal vows, and then welcome in Easter with bells and joyful shouts of Alleluia. It’s a beautiful and memorable experience!

Please RSVP for Holy Week events.
