Friday Night Feasts
4:30pm-7pm (and later, as desired) each Friday
Join us for a community BBQ (w/ vegetarian options) & potluck on the back deck of the Village Barn. The gathering begins with Evening Prayer at the Village Chapel at 4:30 and continues with the BBQ and a time of sharing / connecting. We feast each week in honor of a particular saint (and learn a bit of their story). Guests, volunteers, and local community members are all invited. Children are welcome!
Iona House provides hotdogs, buns, condiments, chips, plates, and utensils. Others are encouraged to bring a side dish (fruit salad, salad, dessert, drinks, etc.)
RSVP helpful for first time guests (details provided about directions, parking, etc.)
Ash Wednesday

Join us for a special service marking the beginning of the season of Lent. We will gather for in the Village Chapel and spend a day in fasting, solitude, study, and silence. Confession and Spiritual Direction are available upon request.
FULL: The Gift of Icons - Communal Retreat
Friday, March 7 - Sunday, March 9, 2025
Join a cohort of folks spending a weekend with a professional icon writer / artist (iconographer) learning about the history, meaning, and craft of Christian iconography as part of a weekend immersed in the Iona House rhythm of life (prayer, solitude, fellowship, work).
We have capacity for up to 15 people. This retreat is FULL.

The Way of the Cross - A Lenten Retreat (Communal)

Join a cohort of people will spend part of a week immersed in the Iona House rhythm (prayer, solitude/silence, work, study, and fellowship) learning to walk more deeply in the way of the cross. Iona House will provide teaching and a guided group experience.

Holy Week: A Pilgrimage in Time (Communal Retreat)
Wednesday, April 16 - Sunday, April 20*, 2025
* Note that if you need to return to your home church for Easter Sunday you can still participate in this retreat.
Join a cohort of people who will journey through the experience of Holy Week together at Iona House while immersed in the Iona House rhythm of life (prayer, solitude, work, study, fellowship). The focus of this cohort will be the Triduum (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Great Easter Vigil). We will be joined for the services by All Saints Church (led by Fr. Ryan) who will provide the worship services on-site at Iona House.
